Do you have questions about our community?  We hope to have an answer below but if we don't, please feel free to give the management company a call or contact them via E mail.  They will be happy to assist you with anything related to the services of our community.

What is the name of the Home Owners Association?
Bridgeland Council, Inc. is the Master Association. Lakeland Village Community Association, Inc. is the Neighborhood Association. There will be an association to govern each proposed Village(4 planned villages for entire community.)
 
How do I purchase a vehicle decal?
The Bridgeland Community offers static cling decals for non tinted windows and sticky vehicle decals for tinted windows to distinguish Residents from non-Residents.  These decals are optional.  The first sticker will be no charge per family each additional or replacement stickers are $2.00 per sticker.  Please place the decal on the bottom passenger side of your back windshield.  Please pick your decal up today!

What is the correct direction to go when using the round-a-bouts?
Please keep in mind when using the round-a-bouts always turn right not left. Please watch your speed as well as for other Residents in the Community.  This will help the flow of traffic and help keep the streets safer throughout Bridgeland.

Directional signs are in place as you approach round-a-bouts within the community. The location of this signage is mandated by the county.

Please slow down! Help keep our children safe by being aware of your surroundings and following speed limits at all times.
 
How do I access the pool?
After closing on your home please complete the Amenity Access form located in the Document Library. Please return a copy of this form along with a copy of your settlement statement to the Association office. For any questions or assistance please contact us at 281-304-1318.
 
I want to install a pool, what should I do?
Please complete the Application and Request for Modification Approval form located on the website under the documents library. This form can be returned to the Lakeland Activity Center. A deposit, must also be turned in. Once approved and pool is completed, a rep for the association will inspect to make sure no damage was done to the association’s. If everything went okay, then the deposit will be mailed back to you.
 
How can I grant access to a guest if I live in a gated section?
When granting access, guest must dial your phone number using the gates call box. Simply press 9 on your phone and that will allow your guest to enter thru the gates.
 
How do I apply for an improvement, addition or change to my home/lot?
Please complete the Application and Request for Modification Approval form located on the community website, www.bridgelandlife.com, under the documents library. This form can be returned to the Bridgeland Community Associations Office. Please also vist Modification to your Property page located on the webiste for additional details.
 
How do I get a copy of the deed restrictions and other association documents?
These documents are posted on the community website, www.bridgelandlife.com, under the documents library.
 
How do I report a violation of the deed restrictions?
Contact the Bridgeland Community Associations Office at 281-304-1318.

My street light is out. Who do I report this to?
Center Point Energy maintains the street lights. There is a 6 digit pole number located on the pole. This number along with the street name should be reported to Center Point Energy at http://cnp.centerpointenergy.com/outage or by calling 713-207-2222.
 
What are the annual homeowners' dues?
Annual dues can vary each year depending on the budget. Please contact the office for more informaition. Upon approval of the rates this information is also posted to our website.
