Hi Im Kathy! I started my fitness quest back in 1990 when I joined my first gym after high school. I wasnt fat but I didnt like how I felt. For years I went to this gym and took all the classes they had and lifted with the guys in the free weight room. I was stronger and healthier but my body was just not changing. Then back in 2002 my brother passed away making me take inventory of my life. I focused more on my eating and changed my workout regiment. Wow what a change!!! And I did it the right way. No magic pills, just portions control and hard work gave me the results I had been striving for. Thats when I decided that I wanted to help others achieve their own fitness goals, and so I became a certified Group Fitness Instructor. Come workout with me, and together we will reach your goals!
