The Bridgeland Council, Inc. Board of Directors meetings are held bi-monthly on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at the Lakeland Activity Center, 16902 Bridgeland Landing, at 1:00 pm. Meeting dates and times are subject to change. Please check with the Community Association Office for complete details. The 2009 Board meeting schedule is as follows.

Residents are always welcome to attend meetings to observe however, so that we may plan accordingly we ask that you notify the Community Association Office at 281-304-1318 a week in advance of the meeting, if you plan to attend.
In order to conduct business and ensure that all agenda items are addressed in a timely fashion, if you would like to make a presentation to the Board of Directors, please remember that you will need to be placed on the Agenda.
For planning purposes all requests to be placed on the Agenda should be made in writing or sent via email to mhargrove@pcmi-us.com. These requests must be received by the Association no later than 7 days prior to the meeting in order to be placed on the Agenda.
Due to timing constraints, those who have been placed on the agenda will be allotted a maximum of 5 to 10 minutes to address your agenda item. With respect to those in attendance it is important to remember that when addressing the Board you should not exceed the 10 minute time limit.
